About HVAC Stone Mountain

A crew of field techs who would rather fix a sound older system than sell a new one, and who leave the house clean either way.

How Did We End Up Working This Way?

HVAC Stone Mountain grew out of a pattern seen in house after house: perfectly repairable systems being written off because a single part failed and nobody took the time to find it. Around here, a lot of homes have equipment with real age on it, and plenty of it still has good compressors and coils.

So every call starts on the meters. The tech finds the part that failed, checks the condition of the rest of the system and tells you plainly whether a repair makes sense. When it does, that is the recommendation. When the system is truly worn out, you hear that too, with the facts that back it up.

The other habit is respect for the house. Shoe covers at the door, drop cloths around the equipment and nothing left behind but cool air or warm rooms. That goes for a furnace in a closet, a heat pump in a backyard or a package unit above a pizza kitchen.

What Is the Point of All This?

Help people get the most out of the equipment they already own, make replacement a decision based on evidence rather than pressure, and treat every home and business like it matters, because it does.

What Makes Us Different?

  • Repair before replace

Sound older systems get fixed, not written off.

  • A straight answer

You see the age, the wear and what has been fixed before, then you choose.

  • Clean, careful work

Shoe covers, drop cloths and old equipment hauled away.

  • Homes and businesses

Houses and commercial rooftops share the same crew.

  • Diagnosis on the meters

Readings, not guesses, behind every recommendation.

  • Seven days plus an emergency line

Daytime visits every day, and the emergency number covered overnight.

What Stands Behind a Visit?

A few things you can expect every time.

  • The repair cost explained before any work starts
  • Residential and commercial heating and air service

Where Do We Work?
