What Should I Mention When I Phone?

When you reach (770) 637-0238, describe the symptoms and the approximate age of the unit. Knowing whether it is a gas furnace, heat pump or straight air conditioner helps, plus any quick checks you already made at the panel, filter or thermostat.

How Does the First Call Go?

  1. We ask a few questions

What the equipment is doing, how long it has been doing it and how old it is.

  2. We explain the visit

How the tech diagnoses the problem and how the cost is set before any work.

  3. You choose the next step

No pressure on the phone. Decide when you are ready.

Quick Questions Before You Phone

Voicemail picked up. Now what?

Say who you are, where to ring back and what the equipment is doing. Daytime messages get a callback once someone is off the other line, and urgent calls on the emergency line reach a person 24 hours.

Can I find out about cost on the phone?

On the phone we walk through how the cost is determined. The exact repair cost comes once the tech has found the failed part, and you hear it before anything is touched.

Do you go beyond Stone Mountain?

Yes. Tucker, Lilburn, Snellville, Lithonia, Redan, Clarkston, Decatur and the surrounding area are regular stops.

Will you work on a system that is pretty old?

Absolutely. Older systems are a big part of what we do, and many of them are worth repairing.

Do I need the model number?

It helps but it is not required. Equipment type, a guess at its age and the symptoms are plenty to begin.

Want to Know What Failed?

Phone with the symptoms and a rough idea of the unit's age. We will explain the likely causes and how the visit and pricing work.
